1. Introduction
Welcome to Jasoora, a platform for publishing and reading novels and visual stories. By using the app, you agree to all these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any term, please do not use the app.
2. Accounts and registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity through your account.
Fake accounts and impersonating others are prohibited.
3. Intellectual property and copyright
Published works belong to their authors. The app operator retains the right to display them within the platform.
Stealing or republishing another person’s work without their express permission is strictly prohibited.
The app operator may delete an account proven to have stolen another author’s literary work.
By publishing a work, the author confirms that it is original or that they hold its publishing rights.
4. Reporting and review
Any signed-in user may report a work or a comment that breaks copyright or these terms, and a report may point at a single paragraph of a work.
Reports are counted against the content itself, not against an account. Each user has one active report per piece of content; reporting the same thing again does not raise the count.
When one piece of content has active reports from 10 different users, that content is placed in front of a human reviewer. The number of reports on its own causes nothing to happen.
After review the decision is one of three: withdraw the content from readers, return content that was withdrawn, or dismiss the reports and leave the content in place. Each decision is recorded and is never applied twice.
When a report points at a paragraph, the text of that paragraph as the service read it at the moment of the report is saved and used for the review, even if the author edits or deletes that part of the work afterwards.
Submitting a report gives the reporter no authority over the content or its author, and does not by itself mean the content will be withdrawn.
Withdrawn content disappears from every reading path, including copies already downloaded to a device. The author keeps the work in their own Writer Space.
The administration may still act immediately in serious cases without waiting for the number of reports, and its powers under sections 6 and 9 are unchanged.
5. Prohibited content
You must not publish content containing:
Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Incitement to violence, hatred, or discrimination.
Abuse directed at religions or religious symbols.
Promotion of drugs or illegal activities.
Other people’s personal information without their permission.
Stolen content or material infringing intellectual property rights.
The app operator may immediately delete an account that publishes immoral or pornographic content.
6. App administration rights
Jasoora’s administration reserves the right to:
Delete, edit, or hide content that violates these terms.
Restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Add or modify categories and novels displayed in the app.
Update these terms and conditions at any time.
7. User responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.
The app operator does not accept legal liability for violating content published by users.
Users must not misuse reporting to maliciously target others.
9. Termination of service
The app operator may terminate or suspend access when a user violates these terms.
Users may request deletion of their account and data at any time through app settings or the deletion-request page published on Jasoora’s website. Requests are not processed immediately; users are informed of any data that must be retained and for how long.
10. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”; the operator does not guarantee complete freedom from errors or interruptions.
Views and ideas expressed in published works are those of their authors alone.
11. Changes to the terms
Jasoora reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Contact
For questions, reports, or account and data deletion requests, use the deletion-request page published on Jasoora’s website, available through “Delete account” in app settings.
By using Jasoora, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions above.
8. Comments and interaction
Comments must be respectful and free of abuse or bullying.
The app operator may delete violating comments or ban repeat offenders.
